1. Overview
This website, bubbobaby.com, is operated by UNITIENDA LLC, doing business as BUBBO ("BUBBO", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are made for children, but purchases must be made by an adult.
3. Products and product safety
We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes accurately, but your screen may display colors slightly differently, and packaging may vary. Please follow the age recommendation, warnings and instructions included with each product. Toys should always be used with adult supervision, and batteries should be kept away from young children and installed only by an adult. Remove all packaging before giving a toy to a child.

Articles, tips and descriptions about play and child development on our site are for general information only. They are not medical advice and don't replace the guidance of your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Products and promotions are available while supplies last. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per person, household or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.
7. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and automatic offers (such as BUBBO SET 2 and BUBBO SET 3) apply only as described, can't be exchanged for cash and may end or change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, offers can't be combined.
8. Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
9. Your content
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give BUBBO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the BUBBO name and logo, our characters, text, graphics, photos and design, belongs to BUBBO or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to upload harmful code, to scrape or collect data from it, or to impersonate anyone.
12. Third-party links and tools
Our site may include links to third-party websites or tools. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our policies, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUBBO and its owners, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold BUBBO harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
